in the GTA there is Oasis Aqualounge in Toronto (younger crowd 20s-40s, more open vibes, has a sauna, hot tubs and heated outdoor pool, playrooms upstairs in this old 3 story mansion), you will need to sign up for first entry;
X-club in Mississauga (membership required, easy to sign up, a night club in front with some play spaces in the back, some private some open room) lots of fun even without playing but only open Fri/Sat;
M4 in Mississauga (small bar and dance floor area, 2 play areas to side/back that one is themed dungeony/BDSM and other is just leather beds/sofa, a few private rooms): have found M4 generally has way too much CSG though (creepy single guys). Much older swinger crowd, like 40s-60s, and not as fit generally. Tons of dudes compared to ladies, most of which are jerking it under their towels as they walk around half the time.
