Lol no. Too much misinformation out there. Such rules would cripple businesses. Imagine a large Ford plant. The chance of one person testing positive of the 5000 employees working daily is quite high. If they need to stop the assembly line on one positive test they would never bother to open.

Also getting ahead of the topic here as there is absolutely no evidence of any positive test or if this "friend" even exits.

You gotta actually read the article not just the headline. First of all this is in Michigan one of the most strict states not Ontario and it was in May when all of North America was experiencing significant case spread.

Secondly, the just sent everyone home mid way through the day shift so they could clean for a few hours to prep for the 6pm shift.

Lastly, it was just a voluntary action at one of their smaller plants. It didn't come via any government action. Anyway towards the general idea most businesses can't operate like this. Imagine later on when people start working back at office buildings and someone tests positive. Do you expect everything to shut down in the building? The whole floor? There's so much that can really be done before the cost vastly outweighs the benefit

That's not true. Public health does not have a mandate to shut down every business that has a positive case. They order shutdown orders where the conditions are clearly unsafe and there is an outbreak. It's very rare.

To be honest I personally think it's less risky to go to a spa vs a busy restaurant in stage 3. Well just need to see what happens. Obviously the risk of transmission is higher at a spa but the number of potentially infected people you would contact is very low.

As a generality, yes. But it's so littered with exceptions that anyone claiming its hard to breath or has mental issues when wearing one doesn't need to. So the answer is yes but practically no.

My intention was to highlight what happens in these situations (which is unfortunately apart of our reality now). What action seduction takes or doesn't take is up for debate and honestly not our call anyways.

I was hoping to simply open the dialog, have posters share their views and MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, seduction and other spas read them and think about it how to more effectively deal with these situations going foward.
