I am not surprised. I was bait and switch at my first session with Coco. Similar to your experience, the switched girl was very good. I did not mind and even repeated with her a few times later on.

But why did not they apologise for the unavailability of the booked girl and suggest another girl to the new customer. The customer may take it or leave. $60 room fee is that important to the spa? A false representation is not good for the spa in long run.

That’s why he didn’t complain about the session. The deception is what is rightfully the problem here. I’ve been in the positive end of the b&s, whether intentional or unintentional where the girl I got was much better than the one booked.

I’ve walked out and never returned when my booking wasn’t available and they tried to pawn someone else off on me. And that’s being a regular customer. Sometimes spa owners take us for granted.
Sometimes I’m just in the mood for someone in particular.
Its one thing to order a hamburger and you get a filet mignon for the same price. It’s another to order a steak and get an egg salad sandwich.

2 ways to lose me as a customer is if I book someone and they’re not available and not respecting my time. My time is way way more valuable then theirs in more ways than 1
