Scary news to report about the Kraybot's health (as reported on YMMV thread) early this morning:

Here is a good example how important it is to be fit , healthy, flexible , stretching regularly and have some muscle mass on your body. I was trying to replace the smoke detector on the ceiling last week, using a small table . I lost balance and fell flat on to the floor. I didn't know what happened. I couldn't move at all for a few minutes, laying flat on my back. I saw my phone within reaching distance and thinking of calling my son or emergency for help, but I couldn't even lift my arm nor move any part of my body. I live alone and I started thinking how am I going to get help. A minute or two later I could wiggle my feet a little and then slowly I was able to move and got back up on my feet. I think I got a small short circuit in my brain and nerves that control my muscle movements. I was surprised I was back to normal in a few minutes even though it scared the crap out of me.
I called a family friend doctor after that and she told me I was very lucky I have good amount of muscles to absorb the impact and my bones are still strong. She said lots of seniors die within a few months after falling down and breaking their hip bones and such. I guess I just dodge a bullet.
