I always try and make the session about us and not me and treat the lady with respect and not as a piece of meat.
I find manners, caring , respect and cleanliness go along way.
being kind doesn't cost anything and being polite can be a turn on for some ladies.

You mentioned the ideal spa would have zero tolerance for substance abuse. What is your rationale? Do you feel there would be definite benefits if that were strictly enforced?

In some of your replies it sounds like it's very common for girls in the industry to be high (and / or drinking) on the job. Could zero tolerance reduce staff the same way a hypothetical 'no married men' policy would reduce the client base, or do you feel the benefits to the business would definitely offset any potential loss of attendants at the spa?

If a really good friend confided to you that she was similarly in a really difficult place financially and wanted to get in the business, would you advise her to become an mpa?

Whether or not you would you would encourage her to get a job in the business, if she was insistent that she was going to get into the business regardless, what advice would you give her about navigating this occupation? And in that scenario would it be better for you if she was the same spa as yourself, or a different one?
