Venting and bashing clients within an earshot of customers is unprofessional and bad for business. I own a business and I have a receptionist, if she ever said half of the things Rayne said in front of other customers she would have been canned on the spot. Granted I'm not the MP business, but professionalism, courtesy and respect towards customers from a receptionist are the most important attributes that they can possess.

Very true, but in the OP's case, his complaint is that his scheduled 8 pm appointment didn't materialize, so he is blaming the receptionist, however, there was a legitimate delay beyond anyone's control earlier in the day, which affected things later.

This has got nothing to do with fanboys or WKs but your vague complaint & unrealistic expectations. You speak of the truth but frankly, it's you that doesn't sound credible & are being called on it.

Let me summarize why:

1. You went for a smoke. She went to look for you but said she couldn't find you, so you lost your spot. Maybe she thought you left.
2. Nevertheless, you returned to Muse after openhouse on more than one occassion for a massage, met the owners (you're a big fan), didn't complain, and call them a world class spa.
3. You wait a week and half to complain about the receptionist with some ancillary complaint about her bashing, and you seem to expect that she should get disciplined on your 'say so'.
4. You say that Muse isn't world class now because of their response to your review. What else should they have done with their employee pursuant to your belated, anonymous claim?
5. You say Rayne is so rude that you book around her schedule. Geez, how do you know when she works lol? Do you call to find out and hang up when she answers?


Sorry but I have problems with the validity of your complaint. Something is amiss. Something doesn't add up. Oh, & your description of Rayne as rude, etc. is bullshit in my opinion.

Like I said, it's not my business and not my decision to make whether or not Rayne gets fired. As of now, I'm no longer a patron of Muse so it doesn't really concern me. If they don't care that they lost 5 customers in the span of 20 minutes because of how Rayne was treating customers when E & R left, then again that's not really my concern, it's their business not mine.

Also, from E & R's response, and Rayne's supposed remorse, to me and many others in this thread it seems that they're more sorry about being caught and having it communicated to everyone on this board than they are about the actual action. They said if any bashing of customers is to be done it should be done offsite where customers can't hear, so to me it seems like the behaviour is being condoned, and they're essentially saying her only mistake was being caught.

If you don't care that Rayne bashes your physical appearance behind your back to the MPA's who you have sessions with, then good for you, but I'm sure most others do care, and they have the right to know about it.

Obviously you don't understand how it all went down. The lady in question told the OP, He has to wait for 25minutes because they're falling back on schedule. The OP, stepped out for 10 minutes. And when he came back he lost his spot. If you tell a client to wait 25 minutes, you save his spot within the time frame you gave him. Not less. But I guess you're the business expert around here.

News flash: Bashing of customers happens in EVERY customer service job.
And most of the MPA's wouldn't look my way twice if they saw me walking down the street, let alone want to get naked and do a bunch of sexy things with me. That's the nature of the business. If you think otherwise, you're probably delusional (or a lucky son of a bitch).

Well fuck that. If you're able to get service in the room, obviously you got good service at the reception. Apparently in this case, the OP never got his fix. I can't say it's receptionist fault that everything fell apart. But got to any store that has a big sale. Once merchandise starts selling out. Guess where customers go to complain? Right, Customer Service / Reception.

I haven't once bashed Rayne's physical appearance like she's done to you and many others in this thread who are patrons of Muse. I could have, but I have more class than that. All I've done was pointed out her actions and behaviours which in mine, and most sensible people's opinions, are unprofessional, rude, and unclassy. I sincerely doubt her bashing of customers will stop after this thread, it will just stop onsite where other customers can hear her.

The lesson you and others are trying to teach Rayne is not to stop bashing other people's physical appearance, but just to stop doing it within an earshot of customers, great lesson.
