I don't understand this reasoning so I went to Oceanic palace recently for just a massage and no HE. At the end of the session when I got dressed to pay and leave the MPA expected at least 10$ in tip from me. I paid 5$ because she provided a mediocore massage and service and she sweared at me in Mandarin. I don't understand this reasoning why do most MPA's expect any tip or minimum 10$ tip for most massage? I am not even a regular at this place and even if I was a regular I wouldn't pay 10$ extra for basic massage. I don't understand why the business owners just don't pay these MPA more?. They expect the customer to give them extra in tip money. I know many people will call me cheap here and what not but the truth is I am not rich like many of you and don't have extra money that I don't need to handout. I prioritize how much I spend on regular massages vs other services that provided to me at spas. Fuck them if they don't accept my 5$ tip...

The last time I had a session this hoe wanted almost $200 extra service and a tip. She didn't last a week. You don't reward a dog for bad behavior and you also don't give compliment because it makes their Gold digger head too big for their body. If they do good service, you end up coming back, that's the reward, a returning customer. Don't be a little bitch.

From what I hear the MPA's get none of the room fee but the owners usually give the girls a cut if their tips for the day were bad.

To the guy above me that responded with "If I'm happy with the quality of service..." well post nut clarity is a real thing. MPA's are known to shill/lie/mislead on their ads and be overly aggressive in getting a customer to stay. Low tipping should be expected in an industry like this.

You are correct the mpa get nothing at holistic FS spas.
Most semi legit girls get $10/20/30 out of 30/45/60 minutes where they charge $40/50/60 rates.

Almost all of holistic spas do not pay the girls anything. They used to pay $10 , not any more. The girls only rely on tips from service.

If the MPA does a thorough job and doesn't jew me down on minutes, meaning an hour has at least 58 minutes and she doesn't start and stop my session to answer the telephone or door, I tip $10. Then again, I usually go to the $45-$60 per hour spas, so that a $10 tip (or $20 for exceptional service) is still reasonable.

That is the problem right there they are not paying the girls to work. Why should I should I be the one to supply their income? I am by no means rich and if I have extra tip money I will give it but it is in no way in hell my job to help the girls to survive!

OP, if you went to an AMP that you know provides extras, I'm sorry but you are barking up the wrong tree, and this complaint isn't warranted.

You come across as a cheap cheap guy. These women are human beings and they work very hard. Massaging, even for 30 mins is tiring. Even if you do not have them touch your junk, you should tip decently. And if you decide to be a cheap ass, you definitely shouldn't come on a review board and advertise that you are a cheap ass. They have a standard pricing tier and you should make yourself familiar.

If you want a legit massage, that is good, then book at a RMT. Although you should tip well there too, they do get paid more, as you pay more, and take a higher percentage. You'll get the massage you are after more likely than not, and you wont be obligated to tip, although you should just like with any other service.

If you go to an AMP type place, that is a completely tip driven industry, and insult the attendant with $5 even if you are unhappy with the service... you are in the wrong. Just don’t go back. Maybe leave a sub-par review. Those are acceptable ways to respond to this. You made the choice to go there. You took up her time. You know the situation and how they run their business. That is a gamble you took. Bitching and complaining and handing out less than a Starbucks Latte worth of loose change makes you look horrible. It is insulting dude.

$10 tips for a $40 hours session is 25 percent tips. that's a bit much in terms of tips. Girls don't get a portion of the room fee is the girls' problems. They should have negotiated the compensation with the owners before working. I have no problem paying the 10 bucks tips if the service is good. I have a problem when the girls give me crap over the tipping.

Some of these questions are getting stupid.
1) massage is hard work try giving one and time youself
2) tips is they live off of, 30min straight for 5 bucks or 60 for 30 bucks. That is the going rate for room rate cut. Although many boss now give NOTHING for under 30Min.
3) if they can avoid touching you more than they have too, that is what they would prefer.

WTF are you talking about? They are getting paid to do a job. If they don't want to massage people for a living then they should go in another line of work!
